Attendance & Absence
- Regular attendance is very essential to ensure proper schooling habits.
- Proper (& Clean) uniform is a must and should be worn with pride and respect.
- Student should not be absent from school without valid reason and the school should be informed about any leave to be taken.
- The school encourages the students to understand the importance of time. Pupils should be in time for the first bell. Late comers are not allowed in the school.
- Students are discouraged from taking leave.
- If parents send their children out of Saswad during the holidays, they must make sure that children return in time for school. Non- availability of reservation is not accepted as reason for coming late.
- The Principal should be informed as soon as possible if, due to illness, a pupil is likely to be absent for more than three days
- No pupil who has been absent from school will be admitted to class without the Principal's signature on the parent's note.
- It is compulsory to attend the first day of school after the holidays, the last day before holidays, national & state festivals i.e. Republic Day, Independence Day, Maharashtra Divas, Ganpati Visarjan, Shiv Jayanti celebrations. For non attendance on the above days a fine Rs. 50.00 will be charged until the child attends the school.
- The school holds the right to expel / suspend any students on disciplinary ground.
- Parents should not send their ward to the school if (a) the child is not well (b) There is appointment with some doctor etc.(c) If the child had to accompany the parent to any another place.
- The students are responsible for the safe custody of their books and belonging in class or in the school. The school authority will not be responsible for loss or damage. Student will be fined for any kind of damage done in the school premises.

Everybody in school must look after and take care of school property.
- Uniform: On school days, for school functions and for open houses, each pupil must wear the school uniform as per the imagesHair Style:Boys should have soldier hair cut, neatly combed.Girls should have simple hair style, two plates with black ribbon or short hair with a black hairband.
