DIGITAL CLASS ROOMS
Smart Class has been introduced in the school in the year 2010 and we are proud to have been the first to bring this facility in rural areas of Pune District. This enables the teacher to use a database of thousands of concepts related to the curriculum in the form of animated films/ visuals, video recording at the click of a button for the benefit of the students. Students can carryout experiments which cannot be carried out in small laboratories.
GAMES AND SPORTS
We have very qualified, experienced and competent staff members who adopt a combination of both modern and traditional approach in imparting education. Special workshops are conducted in the school for the Teachers which help them to update their knowledge and keep them acquainted with the new trends in pedagogy. Computer training is also given to the teachers from time to time.
COMPUTER LABORATORY
The School has a well equipped computer lab currently having 25 computers. Qualified and well experienced computer staff conducts theory periods as well as practical regularly for each class. Hon’ble Shri. Chandukaka Jagtap has made available 10 KVA generator to overcome the load shading problem. Computer laboratory is opened for students from 8:30 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
EXTERNAL EXAMS
Our students actively participate in in competitive exams like N.T.S.,M.T.S. ,Maharashtra state scholarship examination, English, science, Mathematics and Cyber Olympiad, Drawing Hindi Rashtrabhasha, IPM (International promotion of mathematics). Every year many students are passing these exams with flying colours and winning trophies and cash prizes.
LIBRARY
Our library is a unique resource centre for the students to acquire knowledge. It is well stocked with books on various subjects. It contains novels, plays, poetry, story books, encyclopedias, biographies and autobiographies. Reference books for teachers as well as students have also been provided in the library. It is attached with a huge reading room with an AV display unit.
