GAMES AND SPORTS

For the physical development of the students, the school carries out many sport activities, Apart from Kho-Kho, Kabbadi and Volley-ball, the school provides facility of Table Tennis, Lawn-Tennis, Chess, Carom, Skipping, Gymnastic, Athletics and Yoga too. These sport activities help our students to keep fit and inculcate sportsman spirit & teamwork. Every year our students participate in various games and sports competitions at Taluka level, District level, State level & also at National level and win a lot of prizes.

Club Activities

More than fifteen outdoor and indoor clubs are available for the students and teachers to bring out their hidden talent and indulge in creative activities.

 Volleyball, Needlework, Fireless Cooking, Badminton , Handicraft, Dramatics, Carrom , Yoga, Computer, Band, Mathematics, Chess, Science Club,  Literary Club and Gymnastic are the main clubs which the students can benefit from.

Educational Trips

Every year the students from Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary visit places of historical, educational and cultural importance. The school also organizes field visits for informal learning.

Sports Activities

The importance of sports and games in school encompasses more than just the benefit of physical activity. An increase in their self-esteem and mental alertness makes school sports and games important for every school age child.

Cultural Activities

The school provides inputs in music, semi classical dance, drama, rangoli and floral decorations, and encourages students to celebrate all festivals with extensive cultural values. The students are encouraged to keep in mind the Indian culture in everyday life, right from the moment they wake up every morning.

Co-Curricular Activities

Elocution, debates, poem recitation, quizzing, story telling, fancy dress shows etc. are an integral part of the school routine. The importance of botanical garden in the nature ‘s study is exceptional. The school has a well maintained botanical garden for the study of scientific plants prescribed in textbooks. About 100 types of plants are planted in the botanical garden, which are related with syllabus.
